Begins with discussion on the purpose, theory, and foundations of Yin Yoga. Discuss sequencing principles, practice development and depth, and review as many Yin postures and variations as we can fit into the weekend.

Pre-requisite: None.
Required Reading: Yinsights by Bernie Clarke.
Post Module Homework: Journal about teaching 5 Yin classes.
500 hr Certification.
Certification at the 500 Hour Level (Hatha Yoga Teacher Training) requires participants to successfully complete 20 modules and assigned homework.
Seven (7) of the modules described below are required for completion of the 500 hr Level Certification. As long as the pre-requisites are fulfilled, the TM modules may be taken in any order.
