Delving deeper into the various types of enhancements/assists/corrections, practicing enhancements/assists/corrections, and the use of props. We will explore enhancements/assists/corrections for hatha, restorative and yin postures. *Note: this is a very "handsy" weekend - lots of exploration and practice with the intention of application

Post Module Homework: Journal about using 5 different enhancements in your classes.
500 hr Certification.
Certification at the 500 Hour Level (Hatha Yoga Teacher Training) requires participants to successfully complete 20 modules and assigned homework.
All four (4) of the modules described below are required for completion of the 500 hr Level Certification. As long as the pre-requisites are fulfilled, the RTS modules may be taken in any order.
