Discussion of joints and movement so we can elaborate on the concept of anatomical cueing. Continue with Yoga Asana Analysis; discussing purpose, intention, and asana complexity (levels 1 to 4) for some of our more "popular" asanas. The roles of body orientation and anatomical proportion will be reviewed to help empower students (that includes us) in their practices. Time will also be spent on torso integrity and how this connects the shoulders and hips through the spine.

Post Module Homework: Journal about teaching 5 classes using anatomical cueing.
500 hr Certification.
Certification at the 500 Hour Level (Hatha Yoga Teacher Training) requires participants to successfully complete 20 modules and assigned homework.
All seven (7) modules described below are required for completion of the 500 hr Level Certification. The foundation modules can be taken in any order. Typically these will be the pre-requisites for other modules
