CANCELLATION POLICY
All Samatva events, workshops and retreats are 100% non-refundable within 30 days of the scheduled event.
A $25.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
Transfers of dates are considered cancellations and cancellation fee will be applied accordingly.
We thank you in advance for understanding that we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
